He received his higher education and academic degree from Lviv Polytechnic National University. In 2023, he defended his PhD thesis on “Development and Architectural Aspects of Modernization of High-Rise Buildings in Lviv in the XX-XXI Centuries”.
He studied at the Gorniczo-Hutnicza Academy in Krakow, Poland, specializing in structural mechanics and acoustics, and at the Technische Universität Wien in Vienna, Austria, where he researched high-rise buildings in historic cities.
Since 2022, he has been heading the office of Martin Duplantier Architectes, where he develops research, architectural, and urban planning projects of various scales. Among the projects of the office are the Strategy and Vision for the reconstruction of Izyum (Kharkiv region), the reconstruction project of the Maria Prymachenko Museum in Ivankiv (Kyiv region), the project of the French-Ukrainian Cultural Center in Vorzel village (Kyiv region), the reconstruction project of the square on Heroiv Ukrayiny Avenue in Mykolaiv.
In 2019-2022, he worked at the architectural office “Zeleny” (Lviv), first as an architect and later as a leading architect, and joined the development of projects for the Urban Market multifunctional complex in Odesa, the reconstruction of the city hall in Kalush (Ivano-Frankivsk region), and the reconstruction and conservation of Zhovkva Castle (Lviv region), and a residential building at 78 Sakharova Street in Lviv, as well as dealt with urban planning concepts for projects of various scales.
In 2018, he worked as an architect at Wielkopolski Dom Pasywny (Poznan, Poland), where he developed residential buildings and a low-energy kindergarten according to Passive House standards.
In 2014-2017, he worked as an architect at Alex-Project (Chernivtsi), completed an internship at the Urban Planning Marketing Department of the Lviv City Council, AVR-Development, and performed architectural and energy surveys as part of the energy modernization program for Lviv Oblast hospitals at the Institute of Energy Audit and Energy Accounting.
Participant in a number of Ukrainian and international competitions. Participant and tutor of interdisciplinary workshops in Poland, Austria and Ukraine. Lecturer for Diia.Osvita as part of the educational series “Urbanism”. Author of 10 scientific articles on architecture and urban planning, speaker at 9 scientific conferences. Member of the jury of the Inspirelli Awards Student Competition.
In 2022, he received the Le Grand prix Pèlerin du Patrimoine award for his work on the inventory and projects to restore the Ukrainian architectural heritage that suffered during Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
He has been a member of the KhSA team since 2024.
