Polish urbanist and architectural theorist. In his research he focuses mainly on the spatial and architectural heritage of postcommunist cities. He studied and worked at the Strelka Institute for Media, Architecture and Design, participated in the Venice Biennale, as well as took part in research and urban development projects in Poland, Denmark, Spain and Russia. In his book “Belyaevo Forever” he tells about the preservation of the immaterial heritage of the past. He is also a co-author of the research “Architecture of the Seventh Day”, which illuminates the phenomenon of the construction of churches in communist Poland.
