Manukian is an industrial designer and architect. In 2018, he joined the KhSA faculty. He is a regular participant of the FabLab movement in Ukraine and abroad. For over 7 years Manukian has been working with digital production laboratories (IZOLAB, FadLab Fabricator, and Ostriv Lab). He also continuously cooperates with cultural institutions, like IZOLYATSIA, Mystetskyi Arsenal, and Dovzhenko-Centre, galleries and civil organizations. He works in industrial design, exhibition design, furniture manufacture, architecture, interior design and graphics. In 2020, Manukian participated in the Cherkasy Zoo Roshen Master Plan workshop; in 2018, he joined the American Arts Incubator; in 2017, he studied architectural graphics with Oleksandra Kryvtsova; and in 2017, participated in the Maker Library Network. His implemented projects include Ukrainian national pavilion at Frankfurter Buchmesse, 2016; an entrance group project for the Mystetskyi Arsenal, 2017−2018; the Brighter Worlds Museums Connect Project, 2016; the Maker Library at IZONE, 2016−2017; exhibition design for the 1890s BikeBoom project about the evolution of bicycle movement in the late 19th century, 2017−2018; and the printed graphics PRINT FEST, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019.
