Graduated from Kharkiv State University, magna cum laude, in English Language and Literature. PhD in the Germanic Languages. A licensed teacher of the English language and literature, French, a philologist and a translator. Participated in the 1000/1000 international exchange programme as a non-degree student, Kansas University (KU), USA.
Over 25 years of EFL and ESP experience at the School of Foreign Languages, Kharkiv Karazin National University, Ukraine. Over 50 published works in philology and translation studies. Regular participant of international conferences in linguistics and translation studies; board member of the “Contemporary English Studies” international research forum; annual research supervisor of MA degree theses.
Over 25 years of translation experience in architecture, psychotherapy, business relations and social development. Research interests: intertextuality, cultural idiosyncrasies in translation and multimodal texts.
She has been teaching English at KhSA since the school was founded.
