Viktoriia Lykhohrai

She holds a master’s degree in Industrial and Civil Engineering from Kharkiv National University of Construction and Architecture.
During her postgraduate studies at the Kharkiv National University of Construction and Architecture, she received scholarship support under the Erasmus Mundus (INFINITY) program and spent a year working on her dissertation at the Estonian University of Life Sciences (Estonia). In 2018, she defended her dissertation and received the degree of PhD in Technical Sciences in the specialty 05.23.08 “Technology and Organization of Industrial and Civil Engineering” (192 “Construction and Civil Engineering”).
In parallel with her studies, she combined practical activities: from 2013 to 2015, she worked at the State Design, Survey and Research Institute Ukrenergomerezhproekt; during 2015-2016, she worked in Estonia at the Estonian University of Life Sciences as a junior researcher and at GBD Projekteerimine OÜ as a design engineer; from 2016 to 2021, she worked as part of a team of young scientists on the implementation of research projects funded by the state budget.
From 2017 to 2022, she held the position of Head of the Graduate School at the Kharkiv National University of Construction and Architecture and taught at the Department of Technology, Organization of Construction Production and Geodesy.
She is a participant in national and international scientific and practical conferences; author of scientific articles published not only in Ukrainian professional but also international publications.
Since 2020, she has been an expert of the National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance.
In 2021, she joined the School’s team as Deputy Head of the Academic Department and was responsible for organizing educational activities, coordinating licensing processes, implementing and accrediting educational programs.
Since 2024, she has held the position of Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs and is responsible for organizing and coordinating educational and research activities at the Institute.
