In 2018, Shataliuk defended her thesis “Principles of Adaptive Architecture Formation in the Context of Sustainable Development of the Urban Environment” and was conferred the degree of Candidate of Architecture.
In 2012, she worked at the Drozdov&Partners architectural office. As part of the team, Shataliuk prepared the Circumstances exhibition, which traces the destinies of some of the office’s projects.
In 2013, she started her own practice as a co-founder of bude architects.
Her office’s projects include the campus and offices for the international gaming company Plarium, offices for the internet marketing agency Promodo, the Pripravka brand, the motion capture studio and sound recording studios; various social initiatives, in particular, the high-energy room for the Landau Centre, the Emmaus inclusive hub, and the reconstruction of the library of the Kharkiv National University of Radioelectronics.
Shataliuk’s projects are published on international architectural platforms, including Office Snapshots, Archello and others.
In 2018–2019, Shataliuk worked as an instructor at the Department of the Fundamentals of Architecture of the Kharkiv National University of Civil Engineering and Architecture.
Since 2021, she has held the position of the associate professor of the Department of Architecture and Urbanism at the KhSA.
In 2023, Shataliuk co-founded the object design brand сolor.traditions and children’s architectural toys brand archiky.toys.
She is a participant of various competitions and workshops, including the following:

Shataliuk is also the finalist of the 2013 international project competition “Tokyo Replay Centre” and the winner of the Ukrainian Design competition the Very Best of 2013 in the Urban Environment Design category with the conceptual design proposal.
She has published about 30 research works.
