Maistat is an architect, designer, visualizer and A_form_studio founder. In 2018, she obtained MA from the Kharkiv National University of Civil Engineering and Architecture. While a student, Maistat acquired practical experience from Ryntovt Design and NICE-Project studios. As an international team member, she participated in the Paths to Self-Sufficiency workshop on Ljubljana modernization and development. More experience in international cooperation was provided by the Unloved Heritage workshop, which brought together researchers from Germany, Ukraine and Russia in an attempt to meet the challenge of reviving/substituting the standardised panel high-rise residential development of the Soviet era.
After graduating, Maistat started A_form_studio for visualization projects. Its portfolio includes photo-realistic renderings of private, public and urban-planning projects in the USA, Spain, Germany, Italy, Great Britain, Estonia, Ukraine, Indonesia and other countries. The team’s works are published in the second issue of 3Disciple, a professional journal on 3D graphics. Maistat taught 3Ds Max in the METHOD creative laboratory at the Kharkiv National University of Civil Engineering and Architecture.
Besides 3D visualization, Maistat works in the interior design of private and public spaces: in 2020–2021, together with Nata Holub, a Kyiv-based designer, A_form_studio, designed and implemented a private school project “Spilno [together] School,” Kyiv, Ukraine. In 2020–2021, Maistat worked as a tutor in the “Southern Coast of Ukraine: from research to development” workshop. As a result of the workshop, the team presented a development concept for Henichesk to the local authorities.
In 2021, Maistat started to cooperate with the KhSA as a 3Ds Max tutor for BA students.
